Be careful of what you wish for

I’m finding this to be true today:
God will destroy and tear down everything – your empire, your golden calf, your idol, your comfort zone, your possessions, your security, your idea of a perfect world, in order that you become all that He wants you to be on this earth and the kingdom to come.
