Most of you may not know this. But I had actually maintained a workout blog for sometime now. Ever since I’ve migrated to wordpress, I figured that it should come along too. Kinda makes it easier to manage, bringing it all under one umbrella. Funny how I used to like variety – having different domains would express that trait but I realised I’m becoming quite particular about managing things efficiently these days. Must be the curse of my day job.
Depending on my preference, I would be posting most of my thoughts about fitness over there. But it will generally be used to keep a log of my training, possibly my food intake and update of any races that I’m embarking on.
