Beyond homeostasis

“There’s something to be said for being comfortable with being uncomfortable, for being at a place in your life where you’ve settled in. A place where you know who you are – both the good and the bad – and you know your purpose, and as difficult as it can be some days, you’re more than okay with it.”

-Robbie Seay Band

It’s equivalent to saying “Do something that scares you”. Cos honestly what people think of you really is partly how they see themselves. That could change like the weather. And what you think of yourself, well… on any given day it could be highly optimistic or dreadfully self-centred.
I just need to know “Why am I here?” And the source of my strength in the place of my weakness.
With that, I can truly do all things through the source which strengthens me. Even the uncomfortable stuff.
